Cancellation and Refund policy
NaturePhotoExpeditions.com reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the phototours, workshops and in all other services offered.
If NaturePhotoExpeditions.com refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Services Cancellation by Participant
The cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less 50€ service fee, and all of cancellations must be done at least 30 days before the date of the service execution.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail or phone, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.
Refunds will be credited back only to the payer of the original service.
These above policies apply to all NaturePhotoExpeditions.com memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.

NaturePhotoExpeditions.com Event Refund/Cancellation Policy Event Cancellation by Sponsor
The NaturePhotoExpeditions.com reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If NaturePhotoExpeditions.com cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, NaturePhotoExpeditions.com has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a 100€ (or their exchange if works in other currency) service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or service customer. Refund requests must include the attendee transaction info and transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original service payer.
These above policies apply to all NaturePhotoExpeditions.com Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.

NaturePhotoExpeditions.com Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the NaturePhotoExpeditions.com require prior authorization.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the NaturePhotoExpeditions.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any NaturePhotoExpeditions.com product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by NaturePhotoExpeditions.com partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products which are software or downloadable from any NaturePhotoExpeditions.com website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT
Any people who is inscribed in any program or contract any service of this page is responsible of their own law situation and, accepting this terms and conditions, accepts and confirms that doen’t have law, personal or other kind inconvenences to realize or participate fully in the adventure, workshop, tour or any other service who is contrating.
Personal limitations, legal situations or all other inconveniences to realice the service contracted will not covered by the sponsor and will not be cause to cancel the service or request the refund, in fact, NaturePhotoExpeditios could request to the customer the proportional indemnization in concept of compensation for damages.
